Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  • We’ll do our best to update your address before the order is processed.
  • Unfortunately, once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

Order Cancellation

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation.

To cancel, email us at hello@litehouselighting.com with your order number.

If your order has already entered processing or shipped, you may still be eligible for a return in line with our Return Policy.
