Litehouse Lighting LLC - Global Return & Refund Policy
At Litehouse Lighting, our goal is to deliver products that transform your outdoor space and leave you feeling good. If something's not quite right, we've made returns simple and transparent for customers around the world.
90-Day Worldwide Return Policy
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund, provided it meets our return conditions below.
To start a return, please email us at hello@litehouselighting.com with your order number, photo/video and the reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — they will not be accepted.
Warranty Returns (Faulty Product Within Warranty Period)
All Litehouse products are covered by our 2 year warranty. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, you can request a replacement by emailing us at hello@litehouselighting.com.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging with all parts included.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The return must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.
Please note: We do not provide free returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, we do not charge restocking fees, and full refunds are provided for qualifying returns.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
- Products marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
If you're unsure about your item's eligibility, reach out to us first.
Damages, Defects, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you're missing an item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email hello@litehouselighting.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right by issuing a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Bundles & Promotional Offers
If you return part of a bundle or an order with promotional freebies:
- The value of the free or discounted item(s) kept will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original and place a new order.
EU Customers: 90-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 90-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order for any reason within 90 days. Returned items must meet the conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
